United Airways issued a nationwide floor cease for all of its mainline flights late Thursday after an emergency alarm at its Chicago operations middle.
“A hearth alarm sounded at our operations middle, which prompted workers to maneuver to our close by backup facility and resulted in a quick nationwide floor cease of United plane,” the corporate advised Fox Information Digital in a press release.
“Staff have returned to our major operations middle, and the bottom cease has been lifted.”
The corporate mentioned that no flights have been diverted and that its regional line, United Specific, was unaffected.
United Airways has the most important fleet of any American airline, working 1,023 plane, in response to Enterprise Insider.
