Russia has 'captured' the Georgian state, EU 'too complacent', President says




Talking with FRANCE 24’s Mark Owen, Georgian President Salomé Zourabichvili says that Russia has captured the Georgian state by election meddling, propaganda and financing, and that this can be a message to the European Union that whereas Brussels is engaged in its help for Ukraine, Moscow is ‘silently taking up Georgia’.
