Each month, I get pitched a brand new funding alternative, whether or not it’s my neighbor wanting to purchase actual property or a buddy beginning a enterprise.
I used to go down these monetary rabbit holes…
Spending weeks of my time speaking about it, researching it, and contemplating it.
In the future, in an act of frustration, I paused and requested myself some fairly fundamental questions.
Why am I doing this?

I grabbed a Sharpie and wrote the reply on a bit of card inventory:
Time with my household, primarily outdoors, and serving in my neighborhood.

The reply is sort of all the time, “No.”
I began calling that card my one-page plan.
