The European Union is shut to creating selections on how to answer US President Donald Trump’s pledge to introduce 30-percent tariffs in opposition to the bloc by August 1, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz stated on Wednesday as he met with French President Emmanuel Macron in Berlin. Macron stated Europe had a shared need “to supply stability and have the bottom attainable tariffs”.
