Finnish prosecutors have charged the captain and two officers of a tanker believed to be a part of Russia’s “shadow fleet” with sabotage on Monday, accusing them of dragging an anchor alongside the Gulf of Finland seabed final December and slicing 5 undersea cables, inflicting tens of hundreds of thousands of euros in injury.
