The federal government on Saturday, August 1, issued an official order amending the Hallmarking of Gold Jewelry and Gold Artefacts Order, 2020.
In response to the Ministry of Shopper Affairs, Meals and Public Distribution, the modification has been made by the central authorities in train of powers below the Bureau of Indian Requirements Act, 2016, following session with the Bureau of Indian Requirements (BIS).
